The Fortification is an initiative of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), an apex body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India with the objective of providing and creating comprehensive and interactive knowledge resource base on Fortification for all policy makers, development partners, Food Businesses, Premix and Equipment Manufacturers, grass root level workers and general population.
